Double room available in homely Putney flat

Hello!

We are looking to fill a double room in our lovely flat in Putney from 1 December.

It's a big maisonette flat in a fantastic location, right near the river and very well connected. We're a 5-minute walk to Putney Bridge Station and Putney High Street, and Putney main station is just 10 minutes away.

For us it's really important to have a proper home to enjoy and are looking for a similarly minded, laid-back new housemate.
We like to keep the flat clean, tidy and filled with happy, sociable people - we always try and book in a monthly house dinner night!
We are all mostly office based and don't tend to work from home often, but can comfortably fit desks in our rooms.

The room is a bright double with plenty of room on the top floor with plenty of room for a desk. It comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe with hanging space and shelves.

Rent is £1000pcm including bills (council tax, utilities, WiFi and a cleaner who comes twice a week). Deposit is £704.

The flat itself has a large kitchen/diner, separate living room and 3 bathrooms in total (2x shared and 1x ensuite).
We are right next to the district line, so it's worth bearing that in mind if you have issues with the sound of trains, although you do get used to it.
We have a great relationship with our landlord, who lives just downstairs.

Although we are busy and spend a lot of time out and about, we love having our home to come back to for a chilled evening in or a drink out at one of nearby pubs.
