En-suite double bedroom in modern penthouse flat

I'm looking for a flatmate to live in the second bedroom of the flat I am currently renting (bedroom 2 in the floorplan). It's a gorgeous, spacious flat with lots of light and great views of both sunrise and sunset as it is on the 6th floor (penthouse flat!). It has a huge wrap around terrace, with a door leading on to it from every room of the flat. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite and there is also a third guest bathroom.

The flat is fully furnished with all amenities included (even a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washer/dryer that is in a separate utility cupboard), but the bedroom will be unfurnished so you can make it totally your own. It's a 10 min walk from Wandsworth Town train station and 15 min walk from East Putney tube station (District line). The neighbourhood is super safe, I've never had any issue coming back home late and it's right by the river and the park which is lovely in the summer.

I am a doctoral researcher working in women's health and I travel a lot for work and pleasure so I go back and forth but also love a cosy night in so would be happy to have a super independent flatmate or someone who wants to hang out sometimes too! I love going to different events in London and am a big foodie and live music gal.

I'd like to meet any potential flatmates first to see if we vibe so an in person viewing will be required, starting from the first week of November. The affordability criteria requires any tenant to earn a salary of ~£40,000/year to pass referencing checks. The flat is Council Tax Band F.
