• £680 per month all bills included (council tax, utilities, WiFi)
• Weekly cleaner for communal areas, also included in rent
• Deposit = one month’s rent, payable before moving in, protected under the official DPS scheme
• Move-in: Sunday 7th December
• Minimum stay: 6 months

• Shared with 2 guys and 1 girl (all full-time working professionals, clean, quiet and friendly) Ideally looking for another female for balance
• Shared kitchen, living room, garden, garage, and 2 toilets (one with a shower)
• Very clean, calm and safe house that feels very homely.

🌳 The area:
• Less than 10 minutes’ walk to Barnes train station (very quick direct train to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, Waterloo)
• Great bus connections to Putney and surrounding areas
• Close to green spaces and local shops

🪴 Requirements:
The landlord will require few docs from you: Work reference, ID, right-to-rent check (if applies), previous landlord reference, and a holding deposit (deducted from first month’s rent).
