Hiya! Myself and my flatmate Madi are moving out, so we’re looking for two lovely new people to take our rooms in a 6-bed house right in the heart of Putney.
I’ve lived here for 2 years and Madi for 1, and it’s genuinely been such a great place to call home - social, relaxed, and in a brilliant location.
💛Room 1💛:
• £761.33 + bills (ave £70-80 monthly)
• Deposit £710
• A bright, well-sized double room with great natural light and a warm feel in the winter months (it’s on the top floor!). It’ll come fully furnished as shown, except for the TV screen and long mirror.
💛Room 2💛:
• £801.33 + bills (ave £70-80 monthly)
• Deposit £788
• Move in date 1st November
• Big, spacious double room with built in shelves, 2 wardrobes, and a desk
• Lots of storage, shelving and cosy lighting
• Big windows that open up fully so lovely for the summer months!
• Located on the top floor of the house on the same level as a bathroom
Both rooms are clean, comfortable, and move-in ready for the first of Nov. The top three rooms share a bathroom right beside them, and the house also has:
🍳 A shared kitchen
🛋️ A cosy living room on the middle floor
🧺 A laundry room downstairs
🏡 A cute back garden where we have had many BBQ's.
💚The Location💚
• Great location in Putney
• 8 min walk to East Putney Underground station
• 10 min walk to Putney Train Station
• 10 min walk to the High Street
• Lots of cute pubs and cafes nearby (with actual good coffee which is a must if you’re an Aussie like me haha ☕️)
• 7 min walk to beautiful Wandsworth park
The house itself has a great balance - everyone’s friendly and social but also respectful of each other’s space. There are regular pub trips, pool nights, and plenty of good spots nearby if you fancy exploring the area.
Every one is in full time work, with 3 male kiwi's and 1 scottish/dutch female remaining in the house so we are looking for 2 more FEMALES to keep the balance! You MUST be in full time employment for referencing.
