About the flat:
It's a lovely 3 bedroom flat in a Victorian building off Upper Richmond Road, a stone’s throw from East Putney District line station. It has 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, the other shared between two, a kitchen and separate living room.

Kitchen has an electric cooker, oven, integrated fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher as well as a dining table.

As for the room on offer, it’s a double and contains a big wardrobe. The room is officially available unfurnished but our flatmate who is moving out is not looking to take her furniture with her, so if you need furniture this can be arranged with her. The room is available from 18th November 2025.

The area:
Just off Upper Richmond Road and East Putney District line station, shops are right outside the flat as well as restaurants and cafes. Putney High Street is a 10-minute walk as is Wandsworth High Street which has Southside shopping centre. Wandsworth Park and the River Thames are a 5 minute walk as well.

As for public transport, it is so well connected.
East Putney (District line) 5 mins walk
Putney (trains to Waterloo) 10 mins walk
As well as many buses from Upper Richmond Road and Putney High Street (including a few useful night bus services).

Bills:
Water, gas, electricity, council tax (Wandsworth Band E), TV licence, broadband and a fortnightly cleaner come to £120-170 per month per person.

Us:

Becky: 33, works as a University Admissions Officer and is into hiking, travelling, and a (more than) occasional Netflix binge.

Arina: 32, works as a coach and is into fitness, dance and creative outlets like photography and fashion.

We are looking to keep the warm and relaxed environment it has been for the past few years. There is enough space for each flatmate and we respect each other’s privacy. We’re also available for (girly) chat, drink or movie night.
