Due to a tenancy falling through, we're urgently looking for someone to fill a large double bedroom in our 3-bed maisonette in Putney. Our lease ends on 9 April so it's a short-term let only.

The room is part-furnished with a built-in wardrobe and a desk, but we may be able to assist with arranging a bed for you. The flat is 3-bed 3-bath, where the other two bedrooms are en-suite, so you'd have your own large bathroom with lots of storage. We would just need the occasional access to use the washing machine, dryer and to have the occasional bath.

Amenities in the property include a dishwasher, separate washing machine and dryer, a bath, garden and good storage space.

A bit about us - I'm (Lily) 23 and working and training to be a tax advisor in Central London, and Jodie is 29 and working for her church in Fulham. We're a friendly flat that enjoys having dinner together if we're home, popping out for coffee or going out to the theatre, but we also respect each other's privacy and busy schedules, so we'd love someone that's looking for that vibe too.

The location of the flat is great - we're opposite Putney Leisure Centre, 5-10 min walk to Putney Station and the high street, 15 min walk to East Putney station and 15 min walk to the river. Its also <1 min walk to the 430 and 337 bus stop.
