Massive double room in a Puney 4 bed house+garden

Hey!
We are looking for a new flatmate/couple to join us in the house :) we have a lot of space here!
It is a 4 bedroom house with a lot of space in rooms. We have living room with kitchen downstairs and a spare room for any guests and spare stuff we want to keep. At the back of the house we have a nice patio/garden space. In front of the house there is car park space so if you have a car, or friend with a car, we have the space :)
I have lived here for 5 years and now moving to Italy so my room is for grabs. Let me know if you have any questions!
oh, bills are not included, we share it and they come to £30/50 per person per month :) Tax band G.
You will not find a big room like this in Putney... or maybe even in whole London ;D
