We are a clean, respectful, sociable group of young professionals looking to add someone to our flat and friend group! We love to chat in the evenings after work and play padel on the weekends, amongst other things! A little bit about each of us:

Mikayla - 25, Canadian/American, works in sales, loves an all expenses paid work trip (with an open bar).

Billy - 23, English, works in engineering, just graduated from his master’s and never says no to the pub.

Will - 22, Welsh/English, works in finance, just graduated from his bachelor’s, you will find him on the padel court at the weekends (so cliché).

The available rooms - Bedroom 2 on the floor plan comes fully furnished including a double bed, memory foam mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

💷 BILLS
Energy bills are included within the monthly fee subject to a fair usage policy. A one off fee of £195.00 is payable for council tax, paid at the start of the residency that covers the entire stay within the property. Broadband and cleaning is provided as a complimentary service.
