Looking for a tenant to take over the lease from December 2025 to August end 2026. The house is in a great location in Putney, about 15 mins walking distance from the Putney high street. It is an extremely safe locality with amazing green spaces and other necessary amenities around. The rent includes all the utilities as well as the council tax. The existing roommates are a mix of students and young working professionals. There are two full bathrooms in the flat. Washer and dryer are also included, and there is a balcony to hang out.

I need to move out of the country for work. Otherwise I would not have let go of this place. The best part about this house is warm and respectful roommates and the amazing locality. There are great pubs nearby, along with a wide selection of grocery stores. The overground Putney rail station and the underground are 15-18 mins away by walk. There are constant buses from near the house.
