2 Double Rooms in heart of Putney (SW15)

We are looking for friendly, clean and respectful housemates to rent two double rooms in our flat in Putney. Both rooms will be available from the beginning of December. One of the rooms is spacious and bright, while the other has its own private balcony. The two rooms share a bathroom between them, and the kitchen is shared with us. (Me and my partner)

The flat is in a fantastic location — just a 5-minute walk from Putney train station, 10 minutes from East Putney underground station, and only 5 minutes from the High Street, where you can find everything you need including supermarkets, cafés, shops and restaurants. It’s a very convenient and lively area but the home itself is peaceful and comfortable.

Rent is £1000 per month per room, all bills included. We’re hoping to find professionals who are easygoing, value a clean home and respect each other’s space.
