We are looking for friendly, clean and respectful housemate to rent a double room in 3 bed flat in Putney. The room is furnished, bright and bigger than usual double room. You will be sharing the bathroom with one person only.

*We are working professionals who would like to keep quiet & peacefull atmosphere. So not a party house.
The flat is in a fantastic location — just a 5-minute walk from Putney train station, 10 minutes from East Putney underground station, and only 5 minutes from the High Street, where you can find everything you need including supermarkets, cafés, shops and restaurants. It’s a very convenient and lively area but the home itself is peaceful and comfortable.
Rent is £1000 per month per room, all bills included. We’re hoping to find professional who are easygoing, value a clean home and respect each other’s space.
