Description
Looking for a friendly new tenant to replace me in our gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Putney flat with a garden (and huge bbq!) as I am heading back to Ireland.
The flat is 2 mins walk from Putney station. Remaining flatmates are 26/27, from New Zealand and Northern Ireland. All 3 are professionals and are very friendly and relaxed!
We are not the kind of flat who sends photos to the group chat when someone leaves a dish soaking overnight lol but we do like to keep it clean. All flat mates have a hybrid working schedule and work from home 1-2 days a week.
The bedroom itself is spacious with a large wardrobe and lots of storage space, along with a private bathroom (including bath) across the hallway.
The driveway does have parking available if required, but it’s not ideal to have a car as the gate must be closed at all times and it’s hard to get out onto the main road.
Deposit is 5 weeks rent!
The current tenancy is until the 3rd of January 2026, the 3 other housemates would like to renew for another year.

Monthly bills are approx. £100 per person.
