🍃💚 Lovely double bedroom available in Putney in a stunning 4-bed house, available Dec/Jan.

💫 Our current housemate is moving out to go travelling in Aus/NZ so we are searching for a new housemate that is social, laid-back and looking for a home.

🛌 About the room -
Bright and spacious double room on the first floor with two built-in double wardrobes, blackout blinds, and a lovely decorative fireplace. The big bay windows bring in loads of natural light during the day, and the room feels super cosy in the evenings. The house is fully furnished. The current tenant owns the bedroom furniture, but they’re happy to sell the bed and mattress should you be interested. Room is highlighted on the floor plan, largest room in the house.

💵 Rent: £1350 + bills which approx. works out at £100 (including fortnightly cleaner, who is the best in SW15). Bills include (gas, water, electric, council tax, broadband and TV licence).

4-bed home in a beautiful part of Putney, huge double living / dining room, stunning kitchen with island and two communal bathrooms. Separate utility room with washer and dryer plus a patio garden.

👯‍♂️ The housemates -
We are all young professionals, working in a variety of sectors.

Jamie - Works for a food retailer in Head Office, so expect lots of free samples!
Georgie - Works in Film & TV PR.
Alex - Works in the civil service.

We are a friendly group, often up for a pub quiz in the winter and drinks on the green in the summer (2 minutes from the house!). We are all sociable but have our own friendship groups outside the house. If you’re looking for housemates that are up for bingeing the latest series (we have all the streamers!) or trying the local roast, you’ll fit right in. We are looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful. Ideally another young professional 26 - 35.

📍 About the location -
5-minute walk from the river, and a 10-minute walk from either Putney Bridge station (District line) or Putney / Barnes Station (overground… 3 minutes to Clapham!). 4 different bus routes (including one to Oxford Circus) also a two-minute walk from the house.
