Small Double in Putney House Share- Inc. All Bills

Looking for a lovely new housemate to join a friendly, relaxed home in a quiet part of Putney from 5 January 2025.

The Room
A small double (box room) with a comfy bed and mattress included, plus optional drawers. It also has a built-in wardrobe/cupboard and a west-facing window that gets lovely afternoon sun. Please note: it’s a cosy space – ideal for someone who doesn’t need loads of room but wants a bright, affordable spot in a great area.

There’s no dedicated storage space outside the room for items like suitcases or bikes, though the built-in wardrobe does have some room for bulkier bits. The house was originally unfurnished, so you're welcome to remove or replace anything once you move in, but any furniture changes would be up to you to arrange.

The House
A 4-bed, 2-bath terrace house in a quiet and safe residential street, with green space directly opposite.

We have:
-A large shared bathroom upstairs (used by 3 housemates) with a shower + bath
-A lovely open plan kitchen/living space with lots of natural light
-Plenty of fridge and cupboard space
-A garden for sunny days
-Good wifi and a house account covering shared items like cleaning bits, loo roll, etc.

The Housemates
You’ll be living with three women, aged 25–mid-30s, all professionals. One works from home full-time, the others work across a mix of hybrid and 9–5 schedules. The vibe is very chilled, friendly, and considerate – we love a shared wine or coffee and occasional pub quiz night or TV binge, but equally value our own space. Definitely not a party house – more a sanctuary to come home to.

-Happy to pitch in with weekly cleaning and keep shared areas nice

£785 per month – all bills included (incl. wifi, water, electric, TV license + house shop budget)
