I am advertising for one of the rooms in our house available in the new year. The rent is £1025 per month, bills being around £90 a month.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, cupboard and ensuite. The house is quite large and spacious enough for everyone to have their own space.
The area is a close walk to Putney and Barnes Train station and a 20 minute walk to East Putney station. Buses regularly service the area as well.
We are a social but independent household. We all are close friends who love to do things together but value our alone time throughout the week. You would be living with 2 other girls and one male, females only please.
It is a rolling month-to- month lease currently, but we would love to have someone in the house that would want to stay long-term.
No students or pets please. Aged 23-28 preferred.
