Room in Putney flat ✨

Hi all, we’re looking for someone to join us in our Putney flat as our housemate is moving on abroad. You’ll be living with me (Holly) and my partner Ryan (who’s away 30 weeks of the year so will mostly just be me). I’m an environmental consultant and Ryan’s a tennis player.

The room comes with the bed, large double wardrobe, side tables, big storage cupboard and your own bathroom (as we have an en-suite). The apartment block comes with a concierge and a small gym downstairs.

The flats in a great location, around a 5 minute walk to Putney station and the high street and 10 minute walk to East Putney tube station.

We’re a relaxed household and would suit someone with a similar wholesome lifestyle (someone who likes a chat in the evening, watching a series or is out with friends).

The rent is £1000, and bills are around £80.
