Housemates are all female, and sociable. You’d be living with 3 multi-national girls who are fun, friendly, independent and partial to a glass of wine/ binge watch! We all have very different schedules so despite the flat being what most would consider small, it’s rarely full.

The best bit, every drivers dream - there is FREE PARKING outside the flat. No permit required.

- Two showers and toilets between four people plus a bath 🛀
- Room has plenty of storage (x2 built in wardrobes 😘🤌)

- We share kitchenwares so no need to bring your own unless you really want to 🍳

It’s such a steal for London and the size of the room, at £800 per month INCLUDING bills (and household items such as loo roll/cleaning products). We have a communal account so you get reimbursed for anything you buy for the house (within reason).

The lease ends at the end of August with the option to renew for another year come September - but it’s only a £50 addendum to change names on the lease so it won’t tie you down for a whole year!!
