Lovely room to rent in Putney

We're looking for a new housemate to join our friendly, sociable home in Putney. We're a mixed-gender house of 3 (27-36) and we're after someone who wants to be part of our group, not just a housemate.

A bit about us/the house:
We're a laid-back group who enjoy pub quizzes (we've had the occasional win), trips to the pub (to spend our winnings) and watching/playing sports.

We appreciate a night in watching films or whatever reality show is on (Traitors/ MAFS) as much as we enjoy a spontaneous night out.

We will always make the most of the sunny weather, so we will whack out the BBQ at any given opportunity or head to a park with a ball or frisbee.

While we enjoy hanging out together, we do have some downtime chilling in our rooms.

The house is clean and cosy, and in a great location off the Highstreet. Loads of shops nearby as well as great transport links with buses (almost) on our doorstep, the station a 10-minute walk away and a tube station roughly a 15-minute walk away.

We have a comfortable living room, spacious dining room/laundrette and modern kitchen. The bathroom is shared with 2 of the tenants.

What we're looking for:
Someone fun, easy-going, and sociable. Someone to be a part of our group and join in with whatever shenanigans we're getting up to.

Room is £940 including bills, available when required (will need to be discussed with current tenant)
Deposit is £1050
Room is furnished; however, it belongs to another current tenant
