En-suite bedroom in HUGE Putney flat

Looking to rent out one of the rooms in a huge Putney flat, right next to Wandworth park and the river. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, and huge upstairs "office"/second living room.

I will be the only other flatmate - 32 year old female, very tidy, respectful, and fun! I spend much of my time outdoors playing sports or going for walks, and enjoy fitness and socializing. As a remote worker, I tend to be gone travelling for much of the year (particularly during the European winters).

I would absolutely love to make a new friend in this process, someone with similar interests to my own. However, I am very respectful of everyone’s needs to alone time. :)
