Near a school, very safe area. 5-7 minutes to two bus stops that will bring you straight into Central or East London, 10-15 minutes by bus to East Putney Station (District Line) or Putney Station (rail) or 20-25 minutes walking. Putney High Street is filled with a bunch of nice charity shops, restaurants, and all the big grocery stores (Lidl, Waitrose, Tescos…)

About the flat: Bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with new fridge and washing machine, and living room with access to balcony. Room is single sized and fully furnished. It has a closet and the bed is also lifted to allow for a good deal of storage underneath the bed.

About the flatmates: You’ll be living with female professionals in their 30s + the sweetest wittiest cat. One works from home. Friendly, kind, very clean. They have both lived in the flat for a few years so would like to have a flatmate that is looking for a longer tenancy and a place to call home. They respect alone time but also enjoy a nice chat or shared meal.

Deposit is £566 (1/3 of the total rent) and utility bills tend to be £80 - £100.
