Looking for a new flatmate to move into our lovely spare room.
About the house
We are located literally 50m from Putney High Street. It is 2 minutes from the station, which is 5 minutes from Clapham and 15 from Waterloo - we are also 6 minutes from East Putney tube station. The house is a gorgeous 2 bed upper maisonette with a massive living room, dining room and kitchen. The room itself is south facing so it gets loads of sunlight during the day. It currently comes with a bed and a wardrobe, but we are happy to discuss needs for any other furniture! Bills usually come to around £120ish a month including wifi, electricity/gas, water and council tax.
About us
I (Max) am a joint owner of the property, so as resident landlord have very much a vested interest in making sure the house is nice and any issues are quickly fixed! I am coming up to my second year living in London, and work in tech.
I live here with my partner, Giorgia, who is working and doing her masters in architecture.
We are both very social and are big pub goers, but also enjoy making dinner together and crashing in front of the tv on weeknights. Looking for someone who will appreciate their own space, but also down for joining us in any / all of the above whenever they feel like it!
