Double En-suite Room - Putney

Hello! My name is Luke and I am currently looking for a new flatmate to join me in a spacious 2-bed first floor flat in Putney.

The room is a double and has a private en-suite, with a wardrobe, drawers and under bed storage. The kitchen / living room is large with a balcony attached that overlooks shared gardens. It is very quiet as we do not overlook the road. There is also a main bathroom in the flat, and 2 storage cupboards. We have a washer / dryer. Bills come to around £150 each per month altogether. The building has a concierge service, a small gym and parking available underground.

We are based a 5-10 minute walk from both Putney and East Putney station, with a bus stop right outside the building.

I have lived here for 2-years and my current flatmate is leaving to move in with his partner. I work from home in recruitment, and enjoy going to the gym and running. At the weekends, I’ll be probably at the pub with my friends who live locally, you are more than welcome to join!
