Double ensuite available on Putney Hill

I own a lovely sunny flat and am looking for a flatmate to share the space. The flat is on Putney Hill, it is part of a vintage house, with 12 flats altogether and communal gardens. It is a few moments away from Wimbledon Common with its biking and walking paths and 2 minutes away from a bus stop with 4 useful bus routes. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Putney train station and the high street, or East Putney tube.

The double ensuite room is spacious, with a door to a flat roof terrace, ample in-room storage, and there is a garage if you need bike storage. On-street parking is also available via a resident’s permit. Our shared kitchen is modern, and the separate living room space is pleasant with large windows. Neighbours are great and it is a quiet building.

I have a very well-behaved quiet dog, so you’d have to like dogs! I will consider a pet if you already have one. I am recently retired, but quite busy and out of the flat a lot during the day. Personality wise, I am quiet and usually spend evenings reading or watching a film.

Included in the price are the bills and a fortnightly cleaner.
