We are looking for a friendly, tidy, and respectful female housemate to join our lovely home.

The house is clean, peaceful, and welcoming, so we are looking for someone who keeps shared spaces clean and organised and respects house rules.

• Fully furnished room
• Shared kitchen and bathroom
• Very friendly and supportive housemates
• Current housemates are students and full-time working professionals

📍 Location:
• 6–8 minutes walk to Barnes Station
• Around 15 minutes to Roehampton University
• Excellent transport links and nearby shops

🍽️ House Rules:
• No beef or pork allowed to be cooked in the house
• Cleanliness in shared areas is very important
• Quiet, respectful, and homely environment
