We are looking for a new housemate to join our spacious three bedroom Putney flat near the riverside.
About the flat - Three storey split level containing two bathrooms, a shared living room and separate kitchen. The room is furnished (as pictured). The bathroom will be shared with one other individual.
Transport - 15 minute walk from Putney Bridge (District Line), 10 minute bus ride to Barnes station (SW Rail) and a 15 minute walk from Putney Station (SW Rail).
About us - Two friendly young professionals (f) aged 26 and 29 looking for someone to join our home. We're looking for someone (any gender) that is responsible, clean and tidy, respectful, non-smoker/vaper. Someone that can fit into our balanced, calm household, but up for a catch-up in the kitchen or the occasional movie night. We are both hybrid workers and so looking for someone who is not ideally remote.
Tenancy checks will be required. Minimum salary requirement £30,000 and Deposit - £854 (held in a deposit scheme by the managing agents).
Note: We will be holding viewings on the evenings of the 27th & 28th January and the morning of the 31st January.
