We have two lovely double rooms becoming available in our fully equipped, spacious terrace house in Putney SW15.
Move‑in date: 25th March 2026
(Room 1 may be available slightly earlier, depending on the completion date of the current tenant’s house purchase.)

We’re sad to be losing our two wonderful housemates but one is buying a home and the other is heading north of the river, but we’re excited to welcome new people into our home.

About Us

We’re a clean, friendly, sociable house of working professionals in our early 30s (30 and 31).

We enjoy a relaxed home environment, think shared dinners, films, and TV series, while also respecting each other’s space and routines. We enjoy socialising and having people over but have a good balance. The communal areas are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Putney is fantastic for commuters and offers excellent transport links. We are a 5‑minute walk to East Putney (District Line). Which is a 9 minute tube to Earl’s Court for further connections. We are a 7‑minute walk to Putney Rail Station. Which is a 7 minutes to Waterloo. Numerous bus routes: 37, 33, 210, 73, 430, 85, and more. Plenty of Zipvans nearby for easy, affordable moving or furniture collection (Facebook marketplace is get in our area for furniture if you need it for the room).

Putney has lots of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It is on the river with lovely greenery and parks. Wandsworth park/the river is 5 minutes away. Lots of gyms and fitness studios within a 5 minute walk.

Lots of zipvans locally that are cheap to hire so you would be able to move and furnish a room cheaply via Facebook marketplace if needed.
