Gorge Putney flat looking for flatmate 🌿

We have a double room to rent in our maisonette style flat, SW15 area, female only, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. We have a large shared living room with a large tv (as we like to watch stuff together!) and large kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and air fryer.
We are only an 8 minute walk from Putney train station, East Putney tube station and Putney Bridge Station. With the 220, 270 and 485 buses near to the house and the 337 and the 37 minutes away.
The flat is close to the river, Wandsworth park and Putney High Street with Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Lidl and also a new M&S food hall opening this summer (which we are very excited for!). 🐷

Courtney is 28 and works in the NHS

The room is light but also cosy space, it is unfurnished but does have a very large built in wardrobe, you will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. We also have additional storage in the flat and in the loft.

It’s a sociable flat - walks, coffee, gym session, shopping trips, binge watching a series and nice drinks together in the summer, but we do also respect each others downtime and space, we are looking for a friend as well as a flat mate
- We are looking for another girly to live with, we are aged 28 and 31 so looking for someone similar ages to us.
- Full time employed & no work from home.
- Clean, tidy, considerate and respectful

Bills are around £120
Deposit is £377
We are in Wandsworth Council tax band D and the bills include a cleaning kitty in which we buy cleaning supplies and toilet paper etc from.
Flat is available 1st March and rent/bills to be paid 1st March.

6th Feb - after 7pm
7th Feb - after 7pm
