Big Double Room Available in Putney

Hi there,
I am currently looking for someone to replace me in a 4 bedroom house share in Putney.

I am looking to move as soon as 18th Feb, but am willing to hold out until 18th March.

Council tax band G. Council tax / gas and electric / broadband comes in at around £100-£150 per month per person.

10-15 min walk to Putney Station and 15-20 min walk to East Putney station. I also love the fact it's a short walk to the riverside and other amenities.

The room itself is large with built in wardrobes, the house I joke isn't the prettiest but more than makes up for it by the size and spaciousness. It's a warm house and is really safe due to location. You'll share a small bathroom with one room mate. Theres a large living and kitchen area and a spare room downstairs the leads onto a small patio. The girls here have been super welcoming to me and I have genuinely loved living here, but am moving in with my boyfriend. Looking for someone to fit in with the current household and make it a home.

The landlord is responsive, so any concerns or worries they are pretty quick to get sorted. I've not experienced any worries here.
