The location of this house is right next to a bus stop that can connect you into central London and also a 10 minute walk from Putney SWR Station and a 15 minute was from Putney east underground station.

This is a joint tenancy with this being a change of occupancy through Foxtons.

The room is fully furnished with 3 ceiling to floor wardrobes and a double bed with headboard and bedside tables.

The monthly bills during my time living here were £27 a month. Council tax isn't applicable to students but our council tax band is F
