I am looking for a replacement tenant for one room in a 4-bed, 3 story house in putney located on Putney Hill.

This is a joint tenancy with this being a change of occupancy through Foxtons.

The room is fully furnished with 3 ceiling to floor wardrobes and a double bed with headboard and bedside tables.

The monthly bills during my time living here were £27 a month. Council tax isn't applicable to students but our council tax band is F
