Flat on putney high street

Hello,
I am looking for a flatmate in a 2 bedroom 1 bath newly renovated flat on the high street. I currently live in the building but my landlord is selling my flat, and my upstairs neighbors have decided to rent their flat out so I am looking to move into the flat now. I’ve known them for 3 and a half years now, and they’re really great people. It’s easily walkable to Putney railway, east Putney station and Putney Bridge station. Easily walkable to Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Lidl as well. Shared communal area outside that we all share at the moment now. I am a 29 year old female, from America originally. I moved here 3.5 years ago to attend uni as a nurse and about to enter medical school. I’ve lived in this building since my initial move here and have built a life for myself here. I’m easy going, clean, and social. I’m not strict but respectful of everyone’s space and always keep my areas clean. If you have any questions let me know!
