Sociable, Fun, Clean Guy wanted for an affordable

We’re excited to announce one of our housemates is moving in with his partner and we're looking for another guy to move replace him!

We’re looking for a friendly, clean and wonderful person to join our light, spacious, huge flat in Putney.

This room is available from 1st March, and shares a bathroom with one clean guy (bath/shower bathroom).

We’re lucky to have a large kitchen (inc. dishwasher), comfy living area, massive garden, twice-monthly cleaner and great vibes.
Whilst we have a built in bar, and have hosted some great birthday’s/BBQs etc here, we’re not a ‘party house’ during the week and would rather have friends over to cook together, go for a walk, run or watch some TV.

The room comes furnished, rent is £795 (Incl. bills) , and the house is just over ten mins from both East Putney (District line) and Putney Train Station (and a great downhill if you’re running late to work!).

You’ll mainly be seeing myself (30), Chloe (28) and Ellie (34) in the house.

We're all working hybrid work so in and out the house during the week.

I'm running a health and wellbeing company,
Chloe and Ellie both work in marketing.
