Putney High Street is filled with a bunch of nice charity shops, restaurants, and all the big grocery stores (Lidl, Waitrose, Tescos…)
About the flat: Bathroom with good-sized bathtub, equipped kitchen with new fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, and living room with access to balcony. Room is single sized and fully furnished. It has a closet and the bed is also lifted to allow for a good deal of storage underneath the bed.
About the flatmates: You’ll be living with female professionals in their 30s + the sweetest wittiest cat. One of us works from home. Friendly, kind, very clean and that value cleaning since there is a pet in the flat. We have both lived in the flat for a few years. We respect alone time but also enjoy a nice chat or shared meal.
Deposit is £566 (1/3 of the total rent) and utility bills tend to be £90 - £100. Really great deal!
