Quietly Located Large Double Room

Unfortunately I'm moving out of my little homey flat in Putney, only to move closer to work, otherwise I would stay here forever!

Top floor apartment, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment!
We have a large living room, with a big comfy couch and TV. Kitchen is really spacious and has all of the appliances that you'd need.
There is washer/dryer but our clothes dry super quick in the lounge room.

The room is a really decent size, comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and room for a desk (the one in the pictures is mine).
Plenty of storage, on top of the wardrobe and drawers, there is a cupboard built into the wall in the room that is huge!

You'd be living with Tom and Ryan, both really lovely guys who help keep the place tidy. We're all friendly and like to keep up to date on each others lives but also value having our own spaces/alone time.

You'd share the bathroom with Ryan, as Tom has an ensuite!

We each pay a bill and them add things to Splitwise.
I've been paying the council tax (Band D Wandsworth), so you will likely pick that up.

Putney train station is 12 mins walk away and East Putney District line is 15 mins walk, so super well connected.
Buses 37 gets you to Clapham quickly and Bus 14 goes all the way to Russel Square.
