Cosy Double Room in Putney!

Hey!

We have a lovely double room going in our friendly flat in Putney from the end of April 2026. It is a good size, with big windows and plenty of storage. It is partially furnished, our flatmate is planning to leave the double bedframe and bookcase, but you will need a mattress.

We're in a great location, just across the road from Putney Heath and close to several nice pubs. We are walking distance to all the amenities of Putney High Street, and about a 15 minute walk to East Putney Tube, and Putney Station. There are also plenty of bus routes stopping right outside our building (including night buses!).

Our building has a lift, and a communal garden. There is also a garage which can be used for extra storage space if needed. We have a small balcony off the living room as well!

You would be sharing with two girls, both from New Zealand. We are social and very friendly (love a good chat!) but are also respectful of everyone's space and have our own lives and schedules. We keep our flat pretty clean and tidy and it's very much a home!

We are looking for someone who will match that energy, and who would be happy to sign on to the lease. We are renewing with our landlord in April. Both of us current flatmates are planning to stay for a further 6 months - 1 year.

Rent is £850 plus bills (usually approx. £100, but this does go up a bit in winter).
