About the flat: A spacious double bedroom in a beautiful building by Putney Bridge. The flat consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, large living room and access to a shared courtyard and parking (parking is additional to rent). The room has great bay windows, and comes fully furnished. The building was built in 1904 so it has its quirks but is generally well maintained and has some great features.

Bills are not included, and do fluctuate slightly, but are generally around £140-160 max a month.

The flat is in a really nice building, complete with a team of porters who manage the property. The community who lives here are also lovely - there is a really fun summer party every year and Christmas lights switch on! It’s right by the river and only a short walk from Putney Bridge Underground, Putney Train Station and East Putney Underground.

About me: I am an interior designer, I’m pretty social with lots of hobbies but also like a bit of down time to paint/read/watch a film etc. I like running and staying active - there’s a great park run just over the bridge, and a few good gyms close by.
