A double room in a quiet flat share with two other working professionals.

We have a double room available in our bright and friendly 3-bedroom flat in Putney, just an 11-minute walk from Putney Station with great transport links into central London.

The flat is cosy and comfortable and we’re looking for like-minded people who are sociable, tidy, and respectful and who want to contribute to a relaxed and welcoming home.

• Large shared living room/kitchen - great for relaxing or socialising. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridges/freezers, oven, stove and microwave
• Separate bathroom and toilet on the same floor
• Washing machine
• Good natural light throughout

👥 The housemates:
You’ll be living with flatmates Maja and Chase, who are two full-time professionals working in finance and PR. They have hybrid work arrangements, working both at home and in the office.

📍 Location:
In a quiet residential part of west Putney, but close to local cafes, pubs, shops and parks.

📃 Rent and bills
Rent is £485 per month (bills not included).
Council tax band E.

This is a double room for one person, and this is not being advertised to couples.
