Hey girls 🫶 Maddie, Rosie & I, all aged between 26-28 are looking for a 4th girl to move into our Putney flat, as sadly our current housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. The flat is 5 mins from East Putney station and 15 from Wandsworth or Putney town 🫦
The rent is £1,300 pcm + bills and available from May. Because of the new tenancy laws, the contract will be rolling from 1st May.
The house is a large 4 bed maisonette across 3 floors, with a separate kitchen/diner and massive living room. The room is the whole top floor with an en-suite, huge built in wardrobes, super king sized bed and access to the balcony (gorge views across London!!)☀️
We would like someone easy going and always up for a laugh and is looking to be friends and not just housemates 🩷 We enjoy having a few wines, going for a boogie, grabbing a coffee, chilled evenings and maybe a run or exercise class!
