This is a lovely single room in the heart of Putney, in a quiet and friendly flat.

• Very close to Putney High Street, with gyms, supermarkets, cafés, shops and Putney Exchange
• Around 20 minutes’ walk to Putney Bridge and the river — perfect for walks or runs

🏡 The flat & room The room comes fully furnished with:
• Wardrobe
• Chest of drawers

You’ll be sharing the flat with me — a professional working full time. I enjoy running (I’m signed up for two half marathons this year), going to the gym, doing some DIY/art crafts, and relaxing with yoga.
I work from home around 4 days a week, but I’m very mindful of shared space and we can easily agree schedules if needed.

✨ What I’m looking for: I’m ideally looking for a female professional, late 20s or above, non smoker preferred, who is looking for a calm, tidy and friendly place to call home.
It would be lovely to live with someone who values a peaceful home and is open to building a genuine, respectful friendship within the household.

• Rent: £700 per month
• Bills: approx. £140 per month, including council tax, water, Sky, gas and electricity
