Spacious double room in Putney

Well-lit, large room in a fully furnished flat in a beautiful and safe area. You’ll be sharing with three lovely housemates:
• Melissa - TA
• Roisin - head of year
• Annabelle - area manager (retail)

We’re looking for a female housemate aged 28-34 who is clean, considerate, and respectful. It’s a calm, friendly home where everyone enjoys their own space too.
• Fully furnished flat (room comes furnished)
• No working from home (sorry!)
• Bills not included, but they usually come to around £100 per month - all household expenses are split evenly
• We have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight (we split the cost evenly)
• Access to big communal gardens with picnic tables, secure bike storage, and a spacious balcony
• Move-in date: May 4th
• Location: Walking distance (5-10min) to gyms, supermarkets, Putney High Street, Putney Heath, and both Putney Station and East Putney Station
