Hello!

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy end of May/beginning of June, with the option to sign on once the lease renews in the beginning of August.

A summer sublet is perfectly fine in this case!

Important dates and info:

You can move in May 23, 2026 (move-in date can be flexible, early June is ok too). If you're going to sublet for the summer, move-out would be end of July 2026.

The lease agreement renews August 1, 2026, so you can take over and sign onto the new lease if you're happy with the place! The lease is for 12 months.

Why I'm leaving:

I'm moving to Portugal! But don't worry, you'll be in great hands with the flatmates and the flat :)

The flat and bedroom:

Single bedroom, with natural sunlight. Comes with 2 closets, desk, chair, and bed.

The flat is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit (toilet and shower are separated) with a full kitchen, living room, and garden - as we're on the ground floor.

The bedroom and flat comes furnished. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Parking is included.

Rent, bills, deposit:

£950 per month, ALL bills included (water, heat, electricity, internet, council tax). We also have a washer and dryer in the flat (woo!) The deposit for the room is £400.

Documents:

The landlord asks that you show proof of sufficient income and proof to live/work in the UK (e. g. visas, Irish/UK citizenship).

The flatmates:

You'll be living with 2 lovely gals and a very friendly cat. Both girls work in communication (23 and 25) and are very respectful and clean. They love a good reality show, cozy night in/out, music, traveling, cooking, and wine.

You'll also encounter the world's friendliest and cuddliest cat here too (he's orange and white, as seen in the living room picture).

The area:

You'll be a 10 minute walk to East Putney station (District Line), or a 15 minute walk to Putney station for the South Western Railway.

The flat is located between East Putney and Wandsworth, so you get the best of both worlds by being close to a tube, multiple bus stations, mall, gyms, studios, and other amenities.

The area is safe! I've (along with my flatmates) have walked here late at night and felt safe.

If you're a traveler like us, there's a bus stop right in front of the flat that takes you straight to Clapham Junction, where you can catch the train to Gatwick airport in 45ish minutes.
