Lovely, quiet flat share Putney: 7 days or 5 days

You will be renting a flat share with a great sized kitchen/living room, dining area and a good sized bedroom, own bathroom (not en-suite but completely yours with bath and shower adjacent to the bedroom). The flat is fully furnished and if you work from home there is a full desk and desktop screen (to attach own laptop to) in the separate but open plan dining area. I work in a hospital and will be out from 7.00am to 6.30-7.00pm each day and will not be using the desk or screen at any time.
There is good storage in the room and the flat. The room has a further desk and an extra chest of drawers could be added or the desk and screen moved into the bedroom if you needed that privacy.
The flat is in a very quiet and special location within the gated development and has parking in the development. It is on the ground floor with a large private patio with lounge furniture, that has easy access to and use of large privately gated communal gardens.

The flat was rented out for the last 4 years to the same tenants, but I have recently returned to Putney in January from living further out in Esher, Surrey. I am looking for a housemate, as I said for either 7 days a week (full time) or week days if you want a 4-5 days a week (the rent could be adjusted to roughly £720/£900 a month including bills for a 4 night stay Sunday to Friday, or for a 5 night stay).

At present I stay at my girlfriends flat 3-4 nights a week. Most evenings and definitely most weekend days, I am out with sport, at the gym or seeing friends so there could well be a lot of privacy and time to relax in your own company.
I am looking for a housemate that wants to have a great location just a 15 minute walk down the hill to Putney and East Putney transport/social/gyms etc. and easy lime bike/scooter rides from locations near the flat, into other local areas and across into Fulham or Richmond Park or Wandsworth as needed.
As I mentioned above will potentially consider 4-7 days rentals but for minimum 6 months.
