Double room to rent in Putney

We are looking for a likeminded person to join our household from end of June.
A little bit about us and property – the flat is located in a residential area, has three bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom. The flat is located 10-12 mins walk from Putney (train) station and 13-15 mins walk from Putney Bridge (District line) Station. Also, it’s a short walk to bus stops going to various destinations. We are very close to the river and the high street which has Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Tesco as well as other high street shops, bars, pubs and eateries. The area is really safe, even during the night or early hours of the morning and the building is located in a quiet part of Putney.
You would be living with two flatmates (two females) both working professionals, like to stay active and down-to-earth. The atmosphere in the flat is relatively quiet as we both like to chill, wind-down when we are home to recharge for the next days. We also like to keep our living spaces neat and tidy.
The available room is very quiet at night, and gets plenty of daylight during the day. The window has a blackout blind if you like to sleep in complete darkness. The room will come with two wardrobes (one in-built and one self-standing). If you don't require them, it could be removed.
The rent is £723.80 excluding bills. The bills include council tax (Wandsworth borough, band C), internet, water, gas and electricity. Should you wish to rent the room, you will be directed to the agency, The Chancellors, for referencing and contracting.
