I’m very sadly leaving this lovely flat in Putney, so we’re looking for another girlie to take over my room 🥹🏡

- Double bed

- HUGE built-in wardrobes + cupboards with loads of storage

- £900 pcm

- All bills included

- Tenancy start date: 15th June

📍 Location

The flat is just off Lower Richmond Road and only a 5-minute walk to the riverfront 🌊☀️ There are sooo many lovely independent cafés, pubs, wine bars and shops nearby, so there’s always something going on, and the river in summer is unreal.

— Putney & Barnes stations both around a 15–20 min walk (in opposite directions)

— Putney Bridge tube station 15 mins walk

— 22 bus stop at the end of the road taking you straight to Oxford Circus + Putney Bridge tube 🚌✨

💛 Stella, 22, Aussie/Kiwi queen working as a supervisor at an Equinox gym café. Always has the BEST celeb stories from work and is always down for a glass (or two) of wine in the evenings 🍷

🍺 Lauren, 23, works in sports podcasting/production. Loves a pint, great chats and always has the funniest stories ❤️

🎉 Zoe, 22, Aussie working in marketing & graphic design. Sometimes WFH, loves a night out and is an fab cook 💫

✨ About the flat vibe

We’re a super sociable flat who love a good evening/weekend activity, whether that’s wine and chats in the kitchen, pub quizzes, Sunday roasts or little spontaneous plans 🫶

That said, everyone is also really respectful of alone time and personal space, so it’s a genuinely lovely balance 💛
