Cozy En Suite Room by Putney Bridge

Hi,

My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to move in his room on July 18th (could negotiate prior to this date if necessary).

It's great location right by Putney Bridge on high street, where there are Lidl, Waitrose, M&S right at doorstep. 7min walk to Putney bridge tube station and 5min walk to Putney train station.

It's a two bedroom (2nd floor) flat both with en suite bath. Shared kitchen and living room. I don't cook much so kitchen is often available. Flat is facing kinda west so we got sunlight in the afternoons. It's on high street but rooms are facing the quiet side so it's a very quiet flat.

A bit about myself. I am Sumei and originally from China. I work in education/recruirtment, and I don't work from home (if you work from home, you got all to yourself). I am a very active person and I go climbing gym and salsa dance often. I also enjoy playing basketball, ping pong, hiking, padel, squash etc, although I don't do these often. I am also clean and respectful. I like a some privacy, but also enjoy hanging out together every now and then.

I am still figuring out how the bills work from my flatmate, so I haven't included the exact amount.
