Hi! I’m looking for someone to replace me in my lovely en suite room in Putney. The flat is in a free standing house on a stunning leafy green road in Putney, with easy access to public transport and local amenities.

Public transport 🚌

- 10 minute walk to Putney station
- 18 minute walk to East Putney tube station

About the room
- I will be removing the wall mounted bike before you move in, as well as the wall mount.
- fully furnished (except for desk, chair, and lamp)
- luxury en suite with massive 2m long shower and storage space
- built in wardrobe with loads of storage space
- capacity to store additional things under the bed.

About the shared area:
- shared open plan kitchen and living room with the other two flatmates.
- fully furnished
- ample cupboard and fridge space.
- massive 5 job new gas stove and oven.
- washing machine
- dishwasher

About the flatmates:

Both Megan and Robyn are social, friendly, and easy to get along with. We have been a social flat and often enjoyed watching movies or game shows together, as well as the occasional shared dinner. While social, everyone is respectful of the shared space and enjoys a quiet night too. Megan and Robyn both work in the civil service, with Megan having a hybrid work schedule while Robyn is full time in the office.

Ideally I would like introduce viewers to Megan and/or Robyn.

Bills are split among the flatmates and currently come to around £120 per month for everything (WiFi, gas, electric, water, council tax) and are handled amongst the tenants.
