You’ll be sharing with one other person only. Male, Dutch, works as a music producer. Travels often for gigs, so the flat is quiet a lot of the time. When he’s around he is:
- Sociable and friendly
- Enjoys cooking and relaxing at home (invites his gf over for dinner every now and then)
- Respectful of personal space and boundaries

He has his own double bedroom and separate bathroom so no sharing of these spaces. He has a nearby studio which he'll work from if he's not travelling, although occasionally works from home.

📅 AVAILABILITY
I’m moving out in mid-July, so the room will be available then. Dates are semi-flexible, I'm happy to coordinate an earlier or slightly later move-in for the right person. Note that you will need to sign a tenancy agreement for your portion and pass reference checks with Winkworth. The landlord is great and outside of the initial tenancy checks, manages the property directly.
