Double Room in Gorgeous Putney House Share

Welcome to Disraeli Road, I’ve only been here since February but it’s been such a blast. The flat environment is so chill and I’m sad to be going.

The area is literally perfect imo, close to all the transport in Putney, 5 min walk to the train station, about the same to East Putney tube station and all the bus links too.

Lovely peaceful street that doesn’t get noisy (the room also faces out onto the back garden so no traffic noise) but still so close to all the shops you need on Putney high street. And of course unlimited coffee shops to explore in the area.

Beautiful big kitchen / living area that feels super homely and the back garden which is getting so much use right now!

I’m moving to Canada mid-July. So looking to have someone either sub-let the room until my contract is up on the 20th of August.

Or ideally just replace me and start a new contract with the agency.

New Occupant:

- The new occupant must be in full time employment

- No couples (unless otherwise specified) or friends sharing the room

- In general they should be a good fit for the house, common sense should be used here

- They are subject to the same referencing process and will be required to pay 1 weeks payment to reserve the room which would then be credited to the first months payment once complete

- The new occupant will be required to make a one-off contribution to Utility bills of £150 upon signing of the contract.

- To clarify, they will be entering into a new contract.
