The flat is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood, 15-20 minutes from Putney station and East Putney station.

We have 2 showers, one of which comes with a bath, the other with a toilet.

There are 3 other guys in the flat, all working professionals. We all tend to go about our own business, respecting each other's privacy and peace but maintain a good living relationship.

The landlord is easy to contact and if something needs fixing he will have someone come round to do it within a couple of days.

I am looking for someone to take over my room from me. If you are someone who respects other's peace and privacy and wishes others to do the same, this place is for you.
