Bright double room in Putney - Sublet

Hello!

I’ll be working away in Germany over the next year so I’m looking for someone to take over my room from the 1st of August.

It’s a double room with all bills included in cosy flat.
It has a double bed, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and extra storage. We have a private garden at the back perfect for the summer.
Along with the room the rest of the flat has also just had considerable renovations with damp-proofing throughout, a brand new toilet and shower screen, as well as a new oven, boiler, and dishwasher in the kitchen.

There is a large living room with wide screen TV and BT TV & broadband. We also have a cleaner who comes weekly included in the price.
Only a 10-15 minute walk to Barnes, Putney railway and Putney Bridge (District line) with free parking available right outside the flat and lots of nice cafes and restaurants along the way.

We are a chilled out bunch who like to be out and do our own thing but also like sitting down binging TV. We are looking for someone who is also pretty chilled and up for a laugh. We are professionals in creative industries with a range of interests and all very easy going. We have a private landlord who is always happy to invest in the property where needed.
