Flatmate for a Social House in Putney

We are looking for a fun, friendly and tidy new girl housemate to join our lovely Putney house.

We are three girls in our late 20's/early 30’s who all work full time, with one of us working part of the week from home.

We are all friendly, easy going, with a good balance of being sociable together and doing our own thing.

When we can, we head out for drinks or simply relax at home in front of the TV together.

We also have a large garden which we regularly use in the warmer months.

The room:
- A good sized double with a large window for lots of natural light.
-Includes a double bed (with under bed storage) a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a desk.
-Sharing a bathroom with just one other person.

Amenities:
-A modern and bright four bedroom house with garden.
-2 bathrooms with showers, 1 with bath.
-Digital TV with a Chromecast and EE broadband.
-Kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove and fan heated oven, microwave and large fridge freezer.
- Washing machine & tumble dryer.
-Garden area with patio, table and chairs and a large grass area (with a robotic mower)
-A fortnightly cleaner (payment included within bills paid each month).

The area:
-5 minute walk to East Putney Station.
-10 minute walk to Putney Station.
-Bus stop to Clapham or Richmond, only 2 minutes away.
-Gyms, pubs, bars, supermarkets, and shops on Putney high street only 5-15 minutes walk.
-Putney riverside and Wandsworth Park only 10min walk.
