Look no further! I'm heading off for a 3-month adventure and am looking for a lovely, tidy human to sublet my cute & cosy room from 1st September to 28th November.

- House: 4-bedroom open-plan flatshare with common living area and a stunning garden

ABOUT THE ROOM & FLAT:
You’ll be staying in a bright, double-story flat with a wonderful homey feel. The heart of the house is a sunny, open-plan living area, a shared kitchen, and a lush garden perfect for autumn mornings. There are 2 bathrooms shared among the housemates.

The room itself is located upstairs. It comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a dedicated desk for working or studying, and space for clothing storage.

ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES:
You’ll be sharing with 3 friendly girls who work a mix of from home and in the office. They’ve lived here for a couple of years and have truly made the house a home. It’s a warm, social, yet respectful household. We all help to keep it neat and tidy, and it's a space we all love to be in. We often sit in the garden, do the crossword together, watch some trash tv, play games, or just natter until all hours solving all the world's problems!

ABOUT THE AREA:
The flat is in a prime location - tucked away from the hustle & bustle but incredibly well-connected. We are just a 5–10 minute walk from Putney High Street, which has everything you need: major grocery stores (Lidl, M&S, Sainsbury's), retail shopping (H&M, Boots), fantastic charity shops, independent cafes, pubs, gyms, and yoga studios. Bonus: We have a brilliant corner shop right at the end of the road for emergency supplies and sweet treats!

- East Putney Tube Station (District Line): 10-minute walk

- Putney Station (South Western Railway direct to Waterloo): 10-minute walk

- Local Bus Stops: Under a 5-minute walk

- Green Spaces: A 10-minute walk to Putney Heath, and a 15-minute stroll to the River Thames and Wandsworth Park.
